Location: Prairie Mountain School, 5305 Royal Ave, Eugene, OR 97402

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 2:15 – 6:30 p.m.

Service dates: September 9, 2024 - June 5, 2025

Ages Served: Members must be currently attending 1st grade to 12th grade. Youth must have completed kindergarten to begin attending the Club.

Registration Fees A registration fee is due upon enrollment and the cost is $40.00 per child or $60 per family. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

NEW Monthly Fee Structure: Instead of only charging an annual fee, we will be implementing a monthly fee structure for the 2024-2025 school year. The new structure is as follows:

• $40 per month per child OR

• $60 per month for families with multiple children enrolled

We require that a debit or credit card be stored on your account, and your monthly fee will be automatically charged on the 1st day of the month from September 2024 - June 2025. The monthly fee will not be charged in July and August 2025.

Commitment to Affordability: We understand that this change might be unexpected, and we want to assure you that we will work with all families to ensure that no child is turned away due to financial constraints. If you need financial assistance, please email Laurie Rodriguez at lrodriguez@bgcev.org.

Mandatory Parent/Member Orientation: Every youth and parent/guardian must attend a mandatory orientation prior to their child attending the Club.

Meals: Every day your child will receive a hearty snack after school. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Transportation To the Club: Van transportation is currently available to youth attending Meadow View, Clear Lake, Danebo and Shasta and Fairfield. Space is limited.

Transportation Home: All members must be picked up by a parent at the Clubhouse PRIOR to the Club closing at 6:30pm. Failure to pick up your child prior to closing will be grounds for terminating your membership.

Waiting List: In the event of the Club reaching membership capacity, the Club will begin a waiting list for membership. The waiting list is a first come first serve sequence. In the event you are the top of the waiting list, and a spot becomes available, you will be notified of the availability.

Outstanding balances: All account balances must be paid in full prior to registering for the 2024-2025 school year.

Waitlist Enrollment: Registration opened on Friday, July 26 and the afterschool program is currently full. We will contact families on the waitlist as spots open and after transportation capacity is evaluated.
