Youth Development Professionals

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Emerald Valley, we create safe, supportive, and fun environments where youth can learn, grow, and build confidence. Our team shows up every day to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people across our community.

We’re looking for caring, energetic individuals who want to be positive role models and help kids reach their full potential.

As a Youth Development Professional, you’ll help lead activities, support learning, and build meaningful relationships with youth ages 6 to 18. You’ll be part of a team that creates a welcoming, engaging space where every child feels valued.

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Eugene, Oregon, with opportunities at our Eugene and Bethel Clubhouses (placement based on program needs).

Summer Opportunities

Seasonal summer positions are available, with shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Availability through August 21, 2026 is required for summer roles.

Positions are open until filled, with priority given to applicants available for the full summer season.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for working with youth and making a positive impact
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience working with youth is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
